Abstract
The theoretical part of the paper describes current procedures and methods for real estate valuation, as well as the application of geographic information systems in valuation. The practical part of the paper consists of data analysis on apartment prices in Grbavica in Novi Sad and the valuation of these properties using multiple linear regression.
