IMPROVEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM 'UKS SHOP' THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF LEAN TOOLS

This paper explores the theoretical foundations and practical application of the LEAN methodology in improving the efficiency of a production system. The practical implementation of improvements was carried out in the production system 'UKS Shop', specialized in manufacturing wooden products. Through the analysis of LEAN principles, tools, and methods, as well as through examples of their application in practice, the paper provides insight into the benefits of implementing the LEAN concept in the production system, aiming to eliminate waste, improve production quality, and reduce costs.
