IMPROVEMENT OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS IN THE ORGANIZATION „NUOVO ARTE“
Abstract
The goal of thisthesis is to design measures to improve warehouse operations in the company in order to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness in work and business. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part of the improvement process, as well as a proposal for improvement measures.
