INTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESEARCH IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
In this paper the research of internal communication is done in elementary school. From theoretical point focus is on sistems of communication in every phase of business communication.There is the definition of the word communication, different impacts on the process of communication and the problems that may happen in business communication. Research part of the paper is focused on the questionary about the opinion of the staff and the results of the questionary give a number of improvement following the example of good practice.
