Abstract

The paper provides a detailed description of the Jishuken approach, as part of the Lean methodology. It outlines the necessary steps of the process, utilizing specific methods and tools to achieve the defined goal by identifying areas where there are deviations from standards that can be improved, thus leading to the enhancement of the work process.
