IMPROVEMENT LOGISTICS PROCESSES IN THE COMPANY „AUTOMATERIJAL DOO SABAC“
Abstract
The subject of this work is the improvement of logistics processes in the company "Automaterijal doo Sabac". The theoretical part presents the importance of logistics and logistics processes: transportation, procurement and storage. The practical part presents the company that is the subject of this thesis and it is shown how transportation, procurement and storage operate in this company. Than, an owerview of the business was made and shown using two analyses: SWOT and Ishikawa diagram, where deficiencies were observed through the results of the analysis, and then were given suggestions for improvement.
