Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present a comprehensive overview of critical success factors and challenges of agile transformation and to analyze the level of their presence in agile transformations of different manufacturing companies, as well as to draw a conclusion whether there is a difference between the level of presence of success factors and challenges of agile transformation if a company is from the manufacturing area.
