Abstract

This master's thesis presents a theoretical and practical analysis of the impact and application of social media in project management within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Based on a literature review and an online survey on the use and impact of social media on the development of the project management discipline, insights were gained into various aspects of using social media in the domain of project management, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of their application.
