Abstract

Job satisfaction represents the general attitude of the employee towards his work engagement. Satisfied employees have a positive attitude towards their work, while dissatisfied employees have a negative attitude. Workplace stress refers to the emotional and physiological response to challenges and demands arising from the work environment. This stress can be caused by a variety of factors, including overwork, unrealistic expectations, conflicts with colleagues or superiors, lack of control over work tasks, and poor working conditions. In order to examine how and to what extent workplace stress affects job satisfaction, a survey was conducted that consisted of two surveys of a total of 100 respondents. The research results confirmed the research hypotheses.
