Logistics and quality are unbreakably linked in modern business, especially in complex industries like the automotive industry. Quality includes the overall user experience, consistency in delivery and the company's ability to adapt to change and constantly improve its process. This paper describes improvements in logistics processes using quality methods applied in the automotive industry.
