Abstract

This paper presents the concept of a project as a unique process that needs to be managed, as well as different methods of project management. Also, the paper describes the roles of the Scrum Master and Product Owner, necessary for the successful management of projects implemented according to the Scrum framework. The research part deals with examining the way of implementing the Scrum framework in the IT industry and collecting data on how relevant it is for Scrum Masters and Product Owners to have technical knowledge.
