Abstract

The paper presents the theoretical foundations on which project management as a scientific discipline is based. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate, through a practical example, the importance of applying project management knowledge to optimize the operations of the company Boom Box and to emphasize the significance of integrating ESG goals into the company's daily operations.
