Abstract

The emergence of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum has fundamentally changed the approach to managing software projects. While these methodologies represent powerful tools designed to overcome the challenges of traditional approaches, the question arises about their realistic practical application in the industry and whether IT companies consistently adhere to the rules and principles of these methodologies.
