ANALYSIS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF YOUNG PEOPLE FOR WORK IN IT COMPANIES

The goal of this research was to investigate and show what entrepreneurial characteristics young people need to start their own. This approach makes it possible to identify problems and provide concrete guidelines for creating more productive and innovative youth entrepreneurship. The research was conducted among the student population using standardized questionnaires. At the end, the results of the research and concluding considerations are presented. The research included 192 students. The obtained results showed that a large number of students have developed entrepreneurial characteristics, but there are also students who need to develop and improve them. This achieves the creation of successful young entrepreneurs.
