Abstract
In this paper, the possibility of implementing municipal waste treatment in the Novi Sad region is analyzed. A detailed presentation and description of waste treatment and waste management methods is given. The presentation of the Regional Waste Management Plan for the selected region is given. Current waste treatment practices were compared with two alternative methods
