Abstract

In this paper an universal biquadratic MISO (Multiple Input Single Output) filter is designed in 0,13 μm CMOS UMC technology. The filter, having three inputs and one output, can operates in multiple modes: voltage, transconductance, current, and transresistance. The designed filter has a cut-off (center) frequency of about 251 MHz and a current consumption of about 4.5 mA.
