Abstract

The paper presents theoretical bases in the field of logistics, transport, warehousing, inventory management, and a detailed analysis of these processes for the company Adeco. The Ishikawa diagram and FMEA analysis were used as tools, on the basis of which the basis for designing improvement measures was given.
