Abstract

The paper describes the development of a solution for recycling plastic bottles to create filaments for 3D printing to reduce plastic waste. The solution includes a device for filament production from two types of PET packaging, used to print test specimens for tensile strength analysis. Results show that filaments suitable for FDM printing can be obtained, reducing ecological impact and promoting sustainable use of recycled materials.
