The paper analyzes the problem of the ferrite ring not moving over the cable, identifies causes, and proposes solutions to minimize this issue in the production process. Brainwriting, Ishikawa diagram, FMEA, 5 Whys, Poka-Yoke, and DMAIC cycle were used. Suggested improvements include documentation control and staff training, leading to reduced errors and increased production efficiency.
