Abstract

The paper explores the application of agile methodologies in managing science and research projects. The aim is to assess their usage, benefits, and challenges, and to provide recommendations for future improvements. Research findings show that while agile methods are still limited in use in this context, they offer significant potential, especially in enhancing collaboration and speeding up result delivery.
