Abstract

The paper examines recruitment and employee development in the IT industry, the challenges recruiters face, the importance of technical knowledge for HR, as well as the influence of benefits, stress, and employee turnover. It also investigates beginner accessibility to jobs and organizational adaptation to rapid market changes.
