Abstract

The paper explores the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR), including its definitions, basic dimensions, and areas of application. The focus is on investigating the application of CSR toward employees in a selected production company (Henkel). The research identifies strengths and weaknesses in employee perceptions of CSR implementation and provides suggestions for improving communication and recognition of CSR activities.
