Abstract

Тhe work deals with the design of single-family buildings that should satisfy the form of the neighborhood unit. The goal was to create a functional and ecological neighborhood that would provide residents with a maximum atmosphere and a more beautiful life. The work includes an analysis of examples of successful projects in the world, as well as their application in contemporary architecture. The proposed solution emphasizes the importance of socialization and the integration of such facilities into the already existing built environment.
