This paper presents the influence of the printed circuit board (PCB) parasitic effects on LED driver signals used in automotive displays. Ground signals, communication signals and power signals of the LED drivers at different points have been measured. Based on the measurement results, a redesign of the PCB was done to achieve an improvement in the signal quality of the LED driver.
