Abstract

This paper presents the evolution of mobile telecommunication systems, with special reference to LTE technology. Analysis of LTE technology has shown its key role in today's communication systems and in vehicle communication with everything. C-V2X and its importance for traffic are especially described. LTE-V2X, especially Mode 4, enables direct communication between vehicles without the need for infrastructure support. Through a test for C-V2X, the performance and capabilities of this technology were analyzed, using the Autotalks CRATON2 EVK platform.
