This paper examines individual approaches to leadership and the application of ethical principles in leadership using examples of well-known leaders such as Jack Welch, Steve Jobs, Henry Ford, Ingvar Kamprad, in different industries. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of adaptive and ethical leadership in modern business, which combines innovation and strategic thinking.
