This paper presents the process of implementing 5S tool and Visual Management in the company „NS-Termomontaža“, which creates the foundation for establishing a culture of continious improvement in organizations. The theoretical foundations of the Lean methodology and appliied tools are given, as well as the benefits that their implementation brings. Analysis of the current situation in the organization was made, after which the process of implementing the tools was presented through examples.
