ANALYSIS OF THE STORAGE PROCESS IN THE "NATRON HAYAT" COMPANY

The paper presents the theoretical aspect of storage as one of the key logistics systems. Special attention is paid to storage processes and types of storage. The goal of this paper is the application of tools and techniques, on the example of the Natron Hayat company. The tools used are SWOT analysis, 5 WHY method and Ishikawa diagram. Based on the performed methods and techniques, certain improvement measures were defined.
