Abstract

The paper presents the theoretical aspect of transport as one of the key logistics systems. Special attention is paid to the function of transport and types of transport. The goal of this paper is the application of tools and techniques, on the example of the Termovent company. The tools used are SWOT analysis, 5 WHY method and Ishikawa diagram. Based on the performed methods and techniques, certain improvement measures were defined.
