Abstract

In this paper, the main focus is on the analysis of data-driven decision making processes in product management. It explores the stages of data collection and analysis as well as the challenges of effective team communication. Through a practical example of data processing on a data set containing movies and series available on the Netflix platform, the paper illustrates the data analysis process and identifies the key factors that influence content quality. The growing importance of artificial intelligence and the green transition in shaping future product management is emphasized.
