Abstract

By analyzing the literature, the characteristics, possibilities, and application methods of quality tools for problem-solving, eliminating non-conformities, and improving efficiency in the processes of Vitorog Promet company have been identified. In this paper, Ishikawa and FMEA analysis are applied as improvement measures for the warehouse.
