ANALYSIS OF ERGONOMIC CONDITIONS IN THE CITY ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY OF DOBOJ

Abstract

This paper investigates the ergonomic conditions provided to employees in the City Administration of the city of Doboj. The research was conducted using an online questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 18 statements related to the ergonomic conditions of the workplace. The city administration of the city of Doboj has 317 employees, of which 108 responded to the questionnaire, which is 34%, or one third of the employees. Based on the opinions expressed and the analysis of the current situation, measures were adopted to improve working conditions.
