This paper presents a novel approach for noninvasive assessment of chest wall morphological changes in children with cerebral palsy, based on depth camera technology. The developed algorithm integrates advanced image processing and three-dimensional data analysis techniques for tracking reference points on the chest wall, enabling quantitative analysis of the respiratory cycle. Experimental validation demonstrated high measurement repeatability between sessions, with differences less than 1% in cross-sectional areas, suggesting the method's potential for clinical application. The proposed approach represents a significant step towards developing accessible and reliable methods for monitoring respiratory function in pediatric populations with neuromuscular disorders.
