This paper analyses macro- park and micro-dog park urban areas, with an emphasis on the dog park, aiming to reduce insolation within these areas to improve the quality of stay in the designed space. Additionally, this research highlights the importance of applying parametric tools in architecture and demonstrates their effectiveness in use. The practical component includes of method created to find the best location with minimal insolation for any content, specifically for a dog park in this case. The method operates on a simulation based principle, requiring over 500 simulations to compare results and identify the most favorable and unfavorable locations for the specified use.
