Abstract

This paper addresses the proposal for introducing a human resources department in the Development Fund of Vojvodina. It analyzes key HR processes such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee development, retention, offboarding, and alumni programs. The focus is on the importance of professional workforce management aimed at improving efficiency, talent retention, and enhancing the organizational culture of the fund.
