This paper presents the concept of digital transformation as a key aspect of business modernization, encompassing the application of modern technologies to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and enable better resource management. Additionally, the paper discusses several existing software solutions for invoice entry. The research section focuses on analyzing the current invoice entry process, the challenges and errors that arise during data entry, and the potential need for automating this process.
