This master's thesis analyzes the role of project management in enhancing sports and youth engagement from the perspective of the Provincial Secretariat for Sports and Youth. The study employs qualitative and quantitative research methods, document analysis, as well as interviews with relevant experts and stakeholders involved in sports and youth projects in the province. The challenges in applying project management practices were explored, and based on the results, strategies for improvement were proposed. The thesis also provides recommendations for the future development of strategic initiatives and approaches to managing such projects.
