As part of the theoretical foundations of the master's thesis, methods for measurement and errors that occur during the measurement process of horizontal directions and lengths are covered. Also, the constructionally used total station and the appropriate procedure for testing and rectifying the total station are described and the applied mathematical models for data processing of the measurements. In the practical example, the collected data were processed and the results were presented as numerical, graphic, and tabular appendices.
