The paper presents the technical aspects of geoportal development, including standards for spatial data management and principles of 3D visualization. Spatial data visualization was realized using JavaScript libraries OpenLayers and Cesium, whereby Cesium was used for 3D display of object models, and OpenLayers for 2D display. The data is integrated into a web application that functions as a geoportal, with Spring Boot for the backend, PostgreSQL extension PostGIS for spatial data management, and RESTful services for connecting the frontend and backend parts of the application.
