Abstract

This paper includes an analysis and comparison of the construction costs of three completed industrial buildings with prefabricated RC structures. The buildings are located in Valjevo, Belgrade, and a suburban area, and differ in purpose, size, level of technical equipment, and finishing standards. The comparison is based on costs categorized by work types (civil, electrical, mechanical), as well as cost per unit of gross floor area. Special attention is given to the impact of the structural system on total costs and construction timeline.
