COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PS „GLAVNA KLISA“ AND PS „LIER“

Abstract

With this work, on concrete examples of the construction of the object, we tried to bring closer the similarities and differences in the performance of the works of two similar objects. The project of the building organization is quite complex and requires that its construction be carried out in the scheduled order. The most visible effects of good organization of works (assembly and others) derive from a quality project of building organization as well as project management and construction. The main objective of the work is to visualize the dynamics of works with a comparative description of the work on positions from the premise and projection. One facility is the repair of the "Glavna Klisa" pumping station located in a populated place in Novi Sad. While the other facility is new construction works on the fecal network and pumping station at a location outside the populated place in the working zone Sever 4 in the municipality of Novi Sad.
