Costs of constructing a residential-apartment type building in Divčibare

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to determine the important factors that influence the total construction costs, as well as to identify opportunities for their optimization. In addition to the financial aspect, the paper analyzes the technical conditions of construction and the technology of work execution, with the aim of improving quality and reducing costs without compromising structural stability and safety. The paper also aims to provide recommendations for the effective management of investment projects in the construction industry.
