Abstract

Globalization and technological development have led to stronger connections between countries and increasingly frequent international cooperation, enabling the exchange of knowledge, experience, and skills among professionals from different cultures. Such cooperation contributes to economic growth, stability, and development, but also brings challenges such as language barriers, different work habits, and cultural differences that can complicate communication and teamwork. Therefore, it is essential for project managers to possess intercultural competencies that enable understanding, respect, and effective collaboration within multicultural teams. Intercultural competencies are a key factor in the success of international projects, as they enhance communication, productivity, and the use of diverse knowledge and perspectives.
