Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the impact of social media on project management, examined through a comparative analysis of SPM² and Erasmus projects. The research explores how social media influence project management processes and whether this influence has a positive or negative effect on project outcomes. Based on the obtained results, it was concluded that social media represent a highly powerful and essential ally in managing projects and presenting their results.
