Analysis and Improvement of the Warehousing Process in Transport Companies

Abstract

This thesis analyzes and improves warehousing processes in transport companies, using AD Severtrans as a case study. The aim is to identify organizational weaknesses and define measures to increase efficiency, enhance communication and develop employee competencies. Through the application of the LEAN concept and the 5S method, as well as an employee training program, the proposed solutions focus on process optimization, cost reduction and the improvement of organizational culture.
