Abstract

The subject of this research is the analysis and improvement of a hybrid digital business model that combines a subscription-based and a “pay-as-you-go” approach, using the “Eden Books” platform as a case study. The research focuses on the functioning of the existing model, its advantages and limitations, as well as on opportunities for optimization and enhancement of the value proposition for users and business partners
