Abstract

This master’s thesis, through its theoretical and practical parts, contributes to understanding the importance of marketing and management in the process of planning hybrid events. The focus of the thesis is on the analysis of the planning and organization model of the event “Anatomy of Success 2025,” which combines physical and digital elements to enhance audience engagement and strengthen the brand through integrated communication and evaluation of results
