Abstract

The paper explores the impact of digital transformation on event management, with a focus on the application of digital tools within the EMBOK model. Through quantitative research conducted among event organizers and participants, the effects of digitalization on , design, marketing, operations, and risk management were examined. Results indicate that digital technologies significantly improve efficiency and communication quality, although their full implementation still depends on technical readiness and organizational support. Digital transformation has proven to be a key factor in modern event management and a foundation for developing sustainable and inclusive formats.
