The Transformation of the Human Resource Function From Administrative Support to a Strategic Role in the Organization
Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of the transformation of the human resource function from an administrative to a strategic role within an organization. The research conducted in Fresenius Medical Care examines the extent to which the HR function is integrated into decision-making and employee development processes. Finally, the paper provides recommendations for improving the strategic role of the HR department in modern organizations.
