Abstract
This work will compare the state of road freight transport before and after the pandemic (COVID-19) using the example of a logistics company. Methods will be offered to minimize the harmful effects of the pandemic on transport and to continue continuous freight transport at that time and thus have no direct harmful impact on the economy and business. The company on which the analysis was conducted is mainly engaged in the transport of goods in the road sector. The finished product, namely bottled water of various volumes, is transported. This company has been operating in Serbia since 2007.
